Valentine's Day Special Unique Bhakarwadi | ??????? | Heart Shaped??BhakarwadiBhakarvadi Take 1 bowl of wheat flour. Add 2 to 3 teaspoons of semolina powder to it. Now add salt as per tast. Add 1/4 teaspoon of ajwain to it. Then add 2 to 3 teaspoons of oil. Add little water and knead a thick dough. Cover the kneaded dough for 1/2 hour. Let's prepare the Bhakarvadi masala until the dough sets. For this, add 2 teaspoons of coriander, 1 teaspoon of cumin, 1 teaspoon of fennel seeds in a pan. Add 2 teaspoons of white sesame seeds and 4 to 5 teaspoons of desiccated coconut powder to it. Saute all the ingredients on low heat for 3 to 4 minutes. After the roasted ingredients cool down, add it to a mixer jar. Add salt to taste, 1 teaspoon of red chili powder, 4 to 5 teaspoons of Mora Shev (medium size Shev). Add a handful of washed and dried coriander leaves to it. Grind all the ingredients in a mixer. The Bhakarvadi masala is ready. To make tamarind chutney, add 2 inches tamarind plup, 4 to 5 teaspoons grated jaggery, 1/4 teaspoon black salt and 1/4 teaspoon roasted cumin powder in a mixer jar and make a smooth paste. After half an hour, knead the dough again for 5 to 7 minutes. And divide it into 4 equal parts. Then roll out thin rounds and cut into square shapes. Apply 2 to 3 teaspoons tamarind chutney on it. Then spread the prepared bhakarwadi masala well. Add sev on top. Here today I am not going to make the bhakarwadi in a round shape but in a heart shape. For this, I roll it on both sides. Then apply water and stick both the rolls in the middle. Now cut the prepared roll into 1/2 inch thickness. Pinch the bottom lightly. Then press it lightly with your palm to get a perfect heart shape. A nice heart shaped bhakarwadi is ready. Heat oil in a pan to fry the bhakarwadi. Once the oil is hot, drop bhakarvadi into the oil. Fry on low flame for 5 to 7 minutes. When it turns light brown, remove the bhakarvadi. The crispy new shaped bhakarvadi is ready to eat.
