Moong Dal Meduvada 2 cups of moong dal, 1/4 cup of rice flour, 1/4 cup ginger-garlic and chilli paste, 4 finely chopped onions, 8 and 10 curry leaves, 1/4 cup finely chopped coriander, 1&½ teaspoon salt and oil for frying. First, soak moong dal in water for 2 hours. After 2 hours grind the soaked moong dal finely through the mixer using very little water.. Pour the mxture in a bowl. Add rice flour to it and mix well. After that, cover the prepared mixture for 10 minutes. Now add chopped onion, coriander, ginger-garlic and chilli paste, curry leaves and salt to the mixture and mix well. beat the prepared mixture for 2 to 3 minutes. Beat the prepared mixture for 2 to 3 minutes. Put a kadai on the gas and heat the oil. Now take a long handle spoon and apply water on it with your fingers. Now Put one tbs batter on it and make a round shape. Make a hole in the center with a finger dipped in water. And leave the vada in the oil like this. While dropping the vada in the oil, drop it carefully from a short distance.. Fry the Vada on medium to high flame till it turns red. Crispy Moong Dal Medu Vada is ready.
