Baby Shark Fish masala 1/2 kg baby shark pieces, 1 cup grated wet coconut, 2 vertically chopped onions, 2 finely chopped onions, 2 teaspoons ginger-garlic paste, 7 to 8 kokum, 8 to 10 curry leaves, 1/4 cup finely chopped coriander, 3 teaspoon malvani masala, 2 teaspoon garam masala, salt oil First, wash the cut baby shark pieces. Add malvani masala and 2 tsp garam masala to a mixer jar. Also make a fine paste using roasted wet coconut, 4 tsp malvani masala, 2 tsp garam masala and 1/2 cup water. Now heat 2 tbsp oil in a cooker When the oil is hot, add finely chopped onion and curry leaves. When onion turns light pink, add ginger-garlic paste and saute well. After 1 minute add baby shark pieces and mix well. Now add the prepared coconut paste, salt and kokum and saute well. Just add 1/2 cup of water and cover the cooker. Close the lid of the cooker and cook for 4 to 5 whistles. After the cooker cools, add 1/4 cup of finely chopped coriander. Testy Baby Shark Fish masala ready.
