Clams/Shellfish Masala 50 to 60 Clams/Shellfish, 1 bowl of grated wet coconut, 1 chopped onion, 1 teaspoon of Malvani masala, 1/2 teaspoon of garam masala, 1 finely chopped onion, 8 to 10 cloves of garlic, 1 medium size raw mango, 1 teaspoon of salt, 2 teaspoons Oil First of all, wash the Clams/Shellfish with water. Then cut the Clams/Shellfish. While cutting the Clams/Shellfish, cut the middle into 2 halves. And scoop out the inside of the Clams/Shellfish by twisting 1 part round. Wash the cut Clams/Shellfish thoroughly with water. Now light the stove. Place an earthen pot on the stove and heat one spoon of oil in it. To prepare the coconut gravy, add wet coconut, onion, garlic, malvani masala, garam masala and 1/2 cup water in a mixer jaar and grind to a fine paste. Add the prepared coconut paste to the Clams/Shellfish and mix well. Then add 1 tsp salt and 4 to 5 raw mango pieces. Now add one and a half cups of water and mix well. Cover and cook for 10 to 15 minutes. Stir well after 5 to 7 minutes. Cover and cook again for 5 to 7 minutes. In this way the Tasty Wood fired Clams/Shellfish masala is ready.
