Saundale Fry 8 to 10 saundale fish, 10 to 12 dry red chillies, 5 to 6 garlic cloves, 1 inch ginger, 8 to 10 mint leaves, 1/4 cup coriander, 1 tsp salt, oil, tamarind First, cut and clean the fish. Keep the cut fish with salt for 10 minutes. Wash the fish after 10 minutes. Make 3 te 4 diagonal cuts on both sides of the fish with a knife. Mix dry red chillies, garlic cloves, ginger, mint leaves, coriander and tamarind and make a paste in a mixer. Apply the prepared paste on the fish and keep it covered for 10 to 15 minutes. Mix 1/2 cup of rice flour, 2 teaspoons of semolina, 1/4 teaspoon of salt and 1/4 teaspoon of red chili powder in a dish. After 15 minutes heat 2 to 3 tbsp oil in a pan. And keep the fish in the pan by coating the rice flour. Fry the fish on both sides till it turns red. Tasty Saundale Fry is ready
