Deshi Chicken Sukka | ?????? ????? ?????? ???? ????

Deshi Chicken Sukka 1/2 kg of chicken, 1 bowl grated wet coconut, 1 vertically chopped onion, 1 teaspoon malvani masala, 1 teaspoon garam masala, 1 teaspoon kashmiri red chili powder, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 finely chopped onion, 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste, 3 tbsp oil, 1/4 cup finely chopped coriander First clean and wash the chicken. To marinate the chicken, add 1 teaspoon of salt. Then add 1 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder. Add 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste to it. And cut half a lemon and add the juice. Add all the ingredients and mix well. And keep it covered for half an hour. After half an hour the chicken will be marinated nicely. Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan. When the oil is hot, add 1 chopped onion. When the onion turns slightly pink, add 1 cup of grated wet coconut and saute on medium flame for 3 to 4 minutes. Turn off the heat when the coconut turns slightly brown. Make a paste using roasted wet coconut, 1 tsp malvani masala, 1 tsp garam masala and 1/2 cup water. Now heat 2 to 3 tbsp oil in a pan. When the oil is hot, add finely chopped onion. When the onion turns pink, add ginger-garlic paste and saute for 1 minute. Then add the marinated chicken pieces and saute well for 2 minutes. After 2 minutes add the prepared coconut paste and mix well. Cover and cook the chicken on low to medium heat. Place a pan under the pan while cooking the chicken so the chicken doesn't stick to the pan. Cook on low flame for 30 to 40 minutes. Cook the chicken till the water dries up completely. Cook the chicken again for 5 to 6 minutes. Chicken Sukka is ready. Serve Tasty Chicken Sukka with Rice Bhakari.
