Fenori/ Chirote

3/4 cup All-purpose flour, 3/4 cup wheat flour, 2 tbsp corn flour, 2 tbsp ghee, 2 pinch yellow food colour, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp cardamom powder, 8 to 10 pistachios First of all take All-purpose flour and wheat flour in a bowl. Add salt to taste, cardamom powder and yellow food color and mix well. Now add 2 tbsp of heated ghee to it and mix it well so that the ghee is well mixed with the flour. Now add water little by little and knead the dough slightly thicker than chapati dough. Cover the kneaded dough for half an hour. Mix 2 teaspoons of corn flour and 2 teaspoons of ghee in a bowl to make a smooth paste. After half an hour, knead the dough again for 1 to 2 minutes. And make 6 equal balls of dough. Roll 3 of them thinner than chapati. Now take one chapati and spread corn flour paste on it and place another chapati on it. Place the third chapati in the same way. Now roll all the three chapatis tightly. Cut the prepared roll into 1/2 inch thickness. After that, roll each part and make puri. Take 1 cup of water in a pan to prepare sugar syrup. Add 1 cup sugar to it. Bring to a boil over medium to high flame. Turn off the heat when sugar syrup is ready. Fry the prepared puris on low to medium flame. Nice layered purée will be formed. Dip the fried puri the warm sugar syrup and take it out immediately. Nice layered, crispy delicious fenori is ready. .
