Finnish Handwriting Annotation Project (Remote) | Finnish Speakers (fi-FI) Description: OneForma is seeking Finnish-speaking contributors to participate in the Onyx OCR Annotation (Finnish) project. This remote project involves reviewing and annotating images that contain handwritten or printed Finnish text. Participants will follow detailed guidelines to uate images, draw bounding boxes around text lines, accurately transcribe the text within each box, and apply specific annotation flags when required. The contributions collected in this project will support the development of AI systems designed to recognize and process Finnish handwriting. Purpose: This project aims to improve AI technologies that recognize, segment, and transcribe handwritten Finnish text by creating high-quality annotated datasets used to train machine learning models. Location: Remote Duration: Approximately 1 month Main Requirements: Fluency in Finnish (fi-FI) Ability to read handwritten and printed Finnish text Strong attention to detail Ability to follow annotation guidelines carefully Reliable internet connection Compensation: Compensation details will be shared with qualified contributors and are typically based on completed annotation tasks.
