Ageless Is The New 50!

Turning 50 seems to be the beginning of our body’s decline. We all have different reasons for this. For me it has been an entire life of sports, being a tomboy and the best athlete in the neighborhood, bravery (climbing trees & jumping out of them), riding motorcycles anywhere (I once jumped over a hill and landed in the middle of a lilypad pond).
