South Dakota Readers: Fence Line Rescue, Season One

A beagle-basset who finds things, a tortoiseshell cat who records everything and a slow, kind racehorse take turns narrating this invented tale of a small Kentucky barn rescue. The humans go unnamed, known only by their roles. By the finale, a whole town is bidding in an online auction. Each episode adds a brief real-world fundraising tip. Sioux Falls and Rapid City readers can find the season guide here.
