Connecticut Readers: Drought, A Packed Room, Two Maps

Two maps, one river and a room full of angry neighbors. In Boundwater Episode 4, a hearing over water rights in a parched valley nearly boils over while something in the old well keeps murmuring a name and pale serpent shapes stir in the shallows. Connecticut fans of slow-burn fantasy can read this chapter at no cost, or begin with Episode 1, at the Home Page link.
